The Bedrooms

We aim to provide first class comfortable facilities. The four rooms all contain tea and coffee making facilities and each has a colour television.

Each of the bedrooms are named after four of Dumfries and Galloway's local rivers; The Nith, The Esk, The Annan and The Cairn.

The Dining Room is situated on the ground floor and offers guests the opportunity to take Breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our room pricing is flexible and generally based on occupancy, however please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Single Person occupancy from £25 to £35 per person per night.
Double/Twin room from £45 to £50 per room per night.
Family room from £45 to £65 per room per night.

Whenever required the family room (The Annan) can accommodate an additional fold down camp bed.
All the bedrooms have hair drying and ironing facilities available.

The Nith (en suite twin room)

The Nith bedroom is an en suite twin room, beautifully decorated to provide a relaxing environment for couples and guests travelling together. The en suite facilities provide complete privacy to our guests.

The Esk (double with Ensuite facilities)

The Esk bedroom is offered as a double room decorated to same high standard as our other rooms. The recently refrubished Ensuite facilities offer our clients an excellent relaxing accomodation option.

The Annan (double/twin or family room with ensuite facilities)

The Annan bedroom is a tastefully decorated family bedroom. The basic accommodation comprises a double bed and a single bed with ensuite facilities. If required, a fold down bed can be supplied to accommodate a second child.

The Dining Room

Our dining room is spacious, airy and beautifully decorated to the same high standard as our bedrooms. We offer a choice of breakfast from continental through to a full cooked scottish breakfast, cooked to your individual requirements.
